30-Day Return Policy
We provide a 30-day return window, which means you can ask for a return within 30 days of when you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item needs to be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- Unworn or unused,
- With all original tags attached,
- In its original packaging,
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Return Label and Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you wish to return an item due to size, color, or style preference, you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping, and also arrange your own return shipping label.
However, if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a pre-paid return label.
When sending back a return, please use a reliable shipping carrier and ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Damages and Issues
Upon delivery, please check your order. Please get in touch with us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item so we can assess the situation and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following items:

- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of product delivery to request a refund. We will let you know whether your refund has been approved once we have received and reviewed your return.
Within 10 business days of approval, your refund will be sent to the original payment method.
Please be aware that processing and posting the refund to your account may take longer than expected depending on your bank or credit card company.
