We currently ship within the United States.

2. What is the cost of shipping?

For all orders within the United States, we provide a flat shipping fee of $6.

3. Which shipping carriers do you use?

Most of our orders are shipped via FedEx.
For faster delivery, we can also ship through DHL (1–3 business days) upon request. Please note that DHL shipping charges are separate and not included in the flat rate.

4. How long does delivery take?

6. After placing my order, is it possible for me to modify or cancel it?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel or modify it within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, if the order is shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

7. What happens if I type in the incorrect address or phone number?

If your order is returned due to wrong details so in that case customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, as the issue was not caused by us.

8. Are returns accepted?

Yes, you can return an item to us within 30 days of receiving it. The item needs to be undamaged, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.

9. Who covers the cost of return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

No, we don’t provide pre-paid return labels. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
