Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Duration: 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated Delivery Time: 6-9 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please be aware that these are only estimates for delivery windows and could change based on outside circumstances.

Tracking Updates

You will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of your order once it has been shipped. The carrier’s website allows you to track your order in real time. Check out our website’s Order Tracking Page for more updates.

Shipping Method

We primarily use FedEx for shipping to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

For a faster delivery time of 1 to 3 business days, we can also ship via DHL upon request. Please be advised that DHL shipping charges are an extra expense and are not included in the flat rate.

Address Modifications

Within 24 hours of placing your order, please get in touch with us if you need to change your delivery address. We are unable to change your address once your order has been shipped.

Damaged Packages

Please get in touch with our customer support team right away if your package is delivered damaged. We’ll help you get the problem fixed as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of ordering, if it has not been shipped. After your order has been sent out, kindly refer to our Return and Refund Policy for guidance.

Wrong Address or Contact Details

If the product is returned because the customer gave us an incorrect address, phone number, or email, the return shipping cost will be borne entirely by the customer. Make sure all address and contact details are accurate to ensure there is no inconvenience.
